REFUNDS
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are damaged during shipping.
If applicable:
- To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased products from solarbrim.co.
- You can submit refund requests within 30 days. Please contact us @ support@solarbrim.co for your request.
- Once approved, allow us 24-48 hours to process your refund.
Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the purchase.
Refund Timeline: Once we initiate the refund, If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take a few days to reflect on your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.
Confirmation Email: Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. This email will serve as proof of the refund for your records.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering as we strive to process and ship orders as soon as possible. All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
You may return your new, in original packaging, and unused item within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that buyer pays for return shipping cost.
